The care you deserve

My work is rooted in Relational Psychodynamic Theory, which means that I consider the possible impact of early relationships and experiences and utilize the therapeutic relationship to explore present experiences and views about the world and oneself. I am also trained in EMDR and incorporate elements of DBT, IFS, and somatic practices.

About

I provide trauma-informed and social-justice oriented therapy to adolescents and adults of all genders. I am curious, compassionate, direct, and collaborative. I firmly believe that we are all doing the best that we can with what we have, and my goal is to help increase your (or your child’s) capacities for self-reliance, emotional intelligence, and autonomy in the face of historical and social factors that feel like they are getting in the way.
